Terms & Conditions

1. General

• All sales are governed by these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The company reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.
• Any deviation must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

2. Products & Specifications

• Product images, catalogs, and samples are for reference only.
• Minor variations in shade, texture, size, or finish are inherent to ceramic and porcelain tiles.
• Final specifications mentioned in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract are binding.

3. Pricing & Currency

• Prices are quoted based on agreed Incoterms (FOB / CIF / CFR).
• Prices exclude import duties, taxes, VAT, or local charges in the destination country.
• Prices may change due to raw material, freight, or currency fluctuations unless contractually fixed.

4. Payment Terms

• 100% Advance Payment
• Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight
• LC Usance (subject to approval)
• Production begins only after receipt of advance payment or LC confirmation.

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

• Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to production schedules and shipping availability.
• Risk transfers to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events.

6. Claims & Liability

• Claims related to quality or quantity must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt of goods.
• Liability is limited to the invoice value of goods supplied.
• No responsibility is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
